Hi, my son who has been travelling round Australia found a permanent job working for a mining company. He had no related skills to the work involved when he started but the company have trained him in relevant skills for the job and are willing to sponsor him but his visa ends in March and has been 'advised the job he is doing isn't an 'eligible' job for him to stay in the country, so is left with no option but to move on or come home. Is there another type of Visa he can apply for to enable him to stay in Australia?
